Because Green Tea Restaurant in from Hangzhou, Hangzhou-style dishes can be seen on every menu. However, Green Tea Restaurant does not strictly serve Hangzhou-style dishes, also offering customers dishes from Sichuan, Guangdong, Shandong, Beijing, and other cities. There are seven types of décor styles present in all Green Tea Restaurants. Walking into the restaurant will make you feel as if you are transported to regions south of the Yangtze River with features such as: Koike pavilions, aged wood, delicate blue and white porcelain, iron carvings, embodying the delicate and soft nature of water. Or, you will feel as if you are transported to an ancient town in southwest China with features such as: exquisite thangka, prayer flags, antique wooden utensils, and the use of bold colors throughout the store.
